Zynx Health Relocation

The Kane team tackled three moves in one weekend a couple of weeks ago, the second for Zynx Health. The Zynx Health Group has relocated their office to the Miracle Mile district in Los Angeles and Kane Consulting President, Barbara Kane, and Move Assistant Cindy Hoddick were on site to make sure it all moved smoothly! Their relocation began Thursday evening and the move portion was completed on Friday evening, taking very little time out of the client’s work week. Kane was happy to settle Zynx into their beautiful new office space!

Law Firm Move in West LA

Kane Consulting has just wrapped up another move on the West side of Los Angeles. Kane president Barbara Kane was on location last week managing this move for the Law Offices of Victor Sherman from their space in Santa Monica to their new offices on W Olympic Boulevard. The Kane Team has been working with the law firm for a couple of months, helping to make their transition into their new space stress-free.

IW Group Move & Project Management

Kane Consulting has been awarded the project management responsibilities for the construction of the new IW Group corporate office in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles.  Kane represented IW Group in the real estate transaction and will also be coordinating their move from their existing location into their new home.  Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in mid to late April.  Stay tuned for more updates.


New Headquarters for IW Group

Kane Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated a new lease in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles for their longtime client IW Group.  Tenant improvements will begin shortly and IW Group is expected to move in to their new headquarters in late winter/early spring 2017.  Kane has also negotiated leases for IW Group’s New York and San Francisco offices as well.  Kane continues it’s tradition of giving champagne to their clients upon lease signing.
