Barbara and her team at Kane Consulting have over 25 years of experience managing commercial corporate real estate transactions and company projects and moves from both within organizations and as outsourced providers. Change is inevitable. Our goal is to make change easy and as efficient and cost effective as possible. We can assist you with all elements of your real estate transaction, remodel, and relocation. Our expertise will allow you to focus on your core business while we negotiate the real estate deal, plan the details of your project and manage the move itself. Barbara established Kane Consulting in January 2001.
Barbara is a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM). She has been a speaker for the American Management Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) and on the Board of Directors of the IFMA Facilities Management Consultants Council (FMCC).
Through the years, Kane Consulting has amassed a varied array of clients in the software, entertainment, legal, engineering, religious, financial, health care, retail and manufacturing industries. Although each of these client’s needs were vastly different and unique, the experience gained from each is put to use with every new client, thus perpetuating a continual higher level of service and quality control.
We know that your company will be impacted by your real estate deal (on costs) or relocation (employee concerns) and that each individual or department needs is unique. While we realize all real estate deals and relocations can be emotionally stressful for all of those involved, we will successfully negotiate your real estate transaction at the best market conditions or plan your project and relocate your firm by providing attention to detail, consistent frequent communication and our expertise.
