We recognize that the developments of the Corona Virus continue to challenge all of us with a myriad of questions and restrictions imposed for the interest of public safety.  Through this time of uncertainty, we wanted to send our wishes for good health and safety to all of our clients, friends and family members.  Kane Consultants work at their home offices a large part of the time or at clients’ offices for physical re-locations or projects.  For real estate, we are happy to continue to assist you as your timing requires in finding new locations or renewing existing leases.  We will continue to use the utmost cleanliness guidelines.

Happy Retirement…Passing the Torch to the Next Generation!

Marie Cohen, with Ventura Foods, will be retiring soon and passing the torch. Congratulations to Marie for her successful career and wishing her an abundance of adventures as she enters this next phase in life! A celebratory luncheon was held for Marie, attended by her successor, and members of the Kane Team at the Cedar Creek Inn restaurant.  The Kane Team wishes Marie all the best!

Day Trip: Brisk Winter Day in Rancho Cordova

When the Kane Team is tasked with Real Estate Services, Project Management, Move Planning and Coordination, we’re happy to make the trip. In the beginning stages of a relocation, it’s an exciting time to meet with the team and check out their existing space; being treated to lunch is a bonus. Kane in New York City…Combining Business With Pleasure!

Barbara Kane was in New York Oct. 30-November 1, 2018 for a small storage move for The Recording Academy (Grammys).  She also looked at real estate space for lease for Kane’s IW Group client.  Around those client meetings, Barbara was able to take in a Broadway Show “Pretty Woman” (awesome!), enjoy the ice skaters in Bryant Park and check out the holiday decorations going up!

Kane Team Moves Sloane, Offer, Weber & Dern

The Kane team descended upon the Sloane, Offer, Weber and Dern’s (SOWD) offices in Beverly Hills to move them to their new location in West Los Angeles. Kane is partnering with SAW & Associates on this project. “We are delighted to be partnering again with SAW & Associates for the SOWD move.
