Luck had nothing to do with Kane Commercial Real Estate’s well-organized and superbly-run property tour with its newest clients. Jon L. Stokes prepared a great selection of properties for a large safety equipment manufacturer based in China looking to expand operations to the United States. The day was a huge success for both us and the client with them finding the perfect property, and us scoring some sweet rewards (Godiva Chocolates- Yum!). We look forward to negotiating the best deal and helping them establish their new location in the South Bay.
