Renewal of Sublease – West Hollywood, CA

Barbara completed the renewal of sublease space in the Green Building in West Hollywood on Melrose. Barbara’s client had too much space a few years back and asked if part of it could be sublet. Barbara marketed the sublease space, found a subtenant and negotiated a sublease. Now – 2 years later, the sublease was due to expire and Barbara’s client (IW Group) asked if she could assist in renewing the sublease based on current market rents.
