Kane Commercial Real Estate has closed a five year lease deal for the new franchisee – Zoom Room Redondo Beach at 2729 Manhattan Beach Blvd. in Redondo Beach.  Zoom Room’s corporate website is “zoomroomonline.com”.   They plan to open in early August 2013.  Kane represented the Tenant.
