Kane Consulting & Commercial Real Estate was created to provide expertise and trust when a company needs to relocate or upgrade their physical location. Most companies only move or remodel once every 5-10 years. Having the assistance from a knowledgeable and trustworthy partner, like Kane, will keep a company stay on track. We help partners stay within their budget, meet their timeline, and we share the latest trends in; leasing, remodeling, moving. We can take out the stress that a relocation entails for the employees and management and create and manage the lease negotiations, construction, vendors, decommission, and move.
