Our client, Rehrig Pacific Company, signed a 7 year 20,000/sq.ft. lease in Monterey Park this year with our help.  We also oversaw the construction as project & move managers.  Here is a progress of that construction from June-December 2024!  They were very happy with the end result as were we!  Happy New Year 2025!
