Office-Warming Gifts Provide Employees with a Sense of Home

Check out the creative office-warming gifts Kane Consulting made for each of our client’s employees. They moved from sub-leased space in the TCW building in downtown LA to enjoy the coastal weather in Manhattan Beach. Each employee was greeted with a personalized “Office Emergency Kit” to help them settle in at their new space. The kit had packs of tissues, safety pins, band-aids, snacks, and a small container to heat up those leftovers for lunch. Welcome or “office-warming” gifts are a good way to ease employees into a new space.

Renewal of Sublease – West Hollywood, CA

Barbara completed the renewal of sublease space in the Green Building in West Hollywood on Melrose.  Barbara’s client had too much space a few years back and asked if part of it could be sublet.  Barbara marketed the sublease space, found a subtenant and negotiated a sublease.  Now – 2 years later, the sublease was due to expire and Barbara’s client (IW Group) asked if she could assist in renewing the sublease based on current market rents.  The sublease was re-negotiated a 2nd time.  Contact Barbara at (310) 939-9389 if you have unwanted office space and would like to sublease it.
