Renewal of Sublease – West Hollywood, CA

Barbara completed the renewal of sublease space in the Green Building in West Hollywood on Melrose.  Barbara’s client had too much space a few years back and asked if part of it could be sublet.  Barbara marketed the sublease space, found a subtenant and negotiated a sublease.  Now – 2 years later, the sublease was due to expire and Barbara’s client (IW Group) asked if she could assist in renewing the sublease based on current market rents.  The sublease was re-negotiated a 2nd time.  Contact Barbara at (310) 939-9389 if you have unwanted office space and would like to sublease it.
