Kane Completes Project/Move/Real Estate Deal in Pasadena Office

Kane moved a long-time client, who also downsized and moved their office to more of a hoteling workstation environment. PeopleSpace (our furniture partners) and ACCE Inc. (IT support) did a fabulous job in helping complete the office with new furniture and technology.  Kane also welcomes a new scope of service, IT disconnect/reconnect desktop services, with our newest team member, Phil Chang.  Special thanks also to all the behind-the-scenes help from our team…it takes a village of dedicated people to make this such a smooth transition for our clients.

Relocation in Eugene, OR

Phil Chang, Kane’s newest part-time consultant, was able to set up the technology desktops at our client’s new office in Eugene, OR. Barb managed the move. This was all done at the start of the holidays Dec 20-23, 2023!  Our dedicated team goes anywhere anytime! We are client focused!

Holiday Luncheon

The Kane Team (minus a few team members) gathered together at “The Depot” and enjoyed a holiday luncheon and celebrated two birthdays!

Kane Manages Move-in for a Client’s New Office in Federal Way, Washington

We helped our long-time client, Kennedy Jenks, with their real estate lease, construction management and move management over the last few months!  During the weekend of October 20-21, 2023 we managed their move in and clearing out of their old space. Another successful move!

CoreNet Networking Event September 30, 2021

Courtesy of Thomas Valdez at HITT General Contractors, Kane was invited to one of the first face-to-face panel events at CoreNet on Diversity and Inclusion.  The event was on the 30th floor of one of DTLA high rise commercial buildings and about 90 people in corporate real estate attended. It was a very educational event and the panel of speakers was excellent.  


Like so many other companies, The Kane Offices are downsizing and becoming more efficient.  We have an extra L desk and some pictures that need a home. All items are in excellent condition. Please make us an offer and pick them up!

We recognize that the developments of the Corona Virus continue to challenge all of us with a myriad of questions and restrictions imposed for the interest of public safety.  Through this time of uncertainty, we wanted to send our wishes for good health and safety to all of our clients, friends and family members.  Kane Consultants work at their home offices a large part of the time or at clients’ offices for physical re-locations or projects.  For real estate, we are happy to continue to assist you as your timing requires in finding new locations or renewing existing leases.  We will continue to use the utmost cleanliness guidelines.

Successful Move + What a View!

Months of planning went into this successful relocation by Kane Consulting.  It’s the perfect conclusion into this beautiful space (with a gorgeous library!).  This was a large move for Kane, but we came together, worked hard, and are happy because our client is happy. We are excited for what’s coming next and are grateful and proud to all who participated on this move with us.
