The most recent lease is to relocate their existing office in Irvine to a new, nearby location. “This deal marks the third new office lease that Kane has negotiated on behalf of Kennedy/Jenks in the last four months” says Kane’s President Barbara Kane. “Just like with the recent California leases in Walnut Creek and Murrieta, Kane Consulting will also be handling the tenant improvement projects, interior design to meet the new Kennedy/Jenks standard and the move into the new space” says Barbara.
