Kane’s newest client, a 100 year old family owned company that offers solutions for waste, recycling and supply chain solutions moved one of their departments from its manufacturing location in Vernon, CA to a Tustin industrial / office location. We helped them with site searches, lease negotiations, construction management – including working with the architect and contractor to get thru planning quickly at the City of Tustin. We then oversaw the physical move-in to the new location, including procuring a moving company, sign for the front of the building and getting an account set up with the electric company. All in a day’s work. Phil Chang played lead on the relocation piece of this project!
