The third event that occurred during Kane’s packed move weekend just a few weeks back was for the Providence Health & Services branch in Mission Hills. Kane Consulting team member Virginia Howard worked closely with the Providence and BKM Office Furniture groups to create a move plan that allowed the workstations to be cleaned over one weekend! Minimal disruption occurred for Providence! Another successful project!

Kane Consulting has successfully completed work for longtime client Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, this time at the firm’s Santa Rosa location. The Kane Team managed minor remodeling work in the office, helped to spec furniture for the space, and oversaw the installation of a new reception area workspace and conference room chairs. Kane thanks the Kennedy/Jenks teams for their continued confidence in our work and for allowing us to assist with real estate deals and management projects around the country!
Kane Consulting successfully managed a 400 person law firm move in Downtown LA into the California Plaza. Kim Ward served as the move manager and began planning this move in October of 2016. The move occurred over one weekend, allowing the law group to be back at work the following Monday. The liquidation took two weeks to complete, filling 10 trailers. Big thanks to the many vendors that worked on the relocation, it was a massive effort by all!
Kane Consulting has just wrapped up another move on the West side of Los Angeles. Kane president Barbara Kane was on location last week managing this move for the Law Offices of Victor Sherman from their space in Santa Monica to their new offices on W Olympic Boulevard. The Kane Team has successfully moved the law office Rogers, Nemeth, Germain to new space in their building in Irvine, CA. Kane consultant Virginia Howard was on sight working hard to assure that the move went smoothly and the client was happy with the result. Virginia’s hard work paid off for everyone involved with this move, and further proved how helpful our move management services can be, “The move went smoothly because Virginia was AWESOME! She was truly a professional at her job and put me at ease at every turn. She was a problem solver (and a great interior decorator!). I would highly recommend your services” said Rogers, Nemeth, Germain employee.
The Kane Team is excited to be working with longtime client Kennedy/Jenks Consultants on a commercial real estate location in Temecula, CA. Kane’s President Barbara Kane and Sr. Vice President Jon Stokes were on location in Temecula earlier this month touring spaces with the Kennedy/Jenks team. Kane Commercial Real Estate is looking forward to another successful lease negotiation.
As primarily a tenant leasing representative broker, it is important to clearly qualify “tenants” before spending time showing and negotiating space in order to save both the tenant and broker time. Tenants need to clarify clearly with the broker what their “wants” and “musts” are for a space. And most importantly their budget and timing to acquire space. Brokers should clearly explain the current market conditions with regard to rental rates and availability in the market being searched to their clients. A mis-communication on either part will waste everyone’s time. Contact Barbara Kane at email@example.com for further tips on negotiating leases.
